Istanbul Restaurant — Restaurant in Eindhoven

Ok guys, I used to love your restaurant a year ago but something went seriously wrong. My favorite pizza calabrese which i like without mushrooms ( always putting in comment ) you are sending it with mushrooms and without en egg. that egg was the reason I order that pizza. This happened already third time.Another thing: Two weeks ago I ordered cheeseburger with fries.....you send me burned, dried burger meat which was already old without a bun. Wouldnt even give it to a dog. In my understanding cheeseburger comes with a bun, cheese and the meat. Dont call it cheeseburger then. Very disappointed and therefore this was my last order. You lost me as a customer for good. Never ever again will I order...

The so called "lamb platter" was just four pieces of lamp meat, deep fried in some stale oil without any spices on them, tossed on top of soggy, tasteless, cold french fries.. (i would not call them french fries). If Google had 0 star i would have happily given that. Tasteless food. Not ordering from this place again. Unfortunately this was not qualified for thuisbezorged refund (cannot blame them, it wasn't a thuisbezorged delivery. But they should seriously consider removing their restaurant from the app). Hope the food...

Avondje stappen, je komt thuis en je wil wat eten. Op thuisbezorgd zie je dat Istanbul nog open is. Yes!

Nou, ons blijdschap was snel weer weg. Onze bestelling: 2 pizza margherita en één pepperoni.

Ten eerste smaakten beide margheritas alsof je een pizzapunt op straat haalt die er al een halve dag ligt.

Daarnaast bedoelt iedere Nederlander met "pepperoni" pittige salami, niet paprika. Seriously? Pizza paprika? Er zaten ook wat pepertjes op, goed ik houd wel van pittig eten en ik had honger dus maar gewoon aan de pizza paprika begonnen. Na 2 puntjes van deze pizza met pepers die rechtstreeks uit de hel geïmporteerd lijken zit de pittigheid tot in m'n neus en is er echt geen mogelijkheid meer dat ik deze pizza op eet. Iemand anders probeert nog een stukje want "zo erg kan het toch niet zijn" maar ook deze gaat zo ongeveer dood na 1 hap.

Eerder deze discussie gevoerd met een andere pizzeria, want blijkbaar betekent pepperoni in het Italiaans "paprika", maar als je pizza's gaat verkopen in Nederland hoor je te weten dat dit niet is wat je klant bedoelt.

+1 ster voor de vriendelijke chauffeur die mijn zus lekker heeft laten slapen door niet aan te bellen. Wel jammer dat ze uiteindelijk toch wakker is geworden door onze poging de lava uit onze mond (en neus)...
