McDonald's — Restaurant in Eindhoven

We came at 11 am. Only two terminals for choosing the order (15/20 minutes of waiting). 40 minutes for a menu+cafe+cookie... and when she gaves me my order the cafe and cookie were missing. I need to search it at the "mac café" wich is just near to her... ok I did it. But nobody was at the mac café. I wait.. Someone saw me behind it but no reaction. And the menu is getting cold. I told the problem to the girl who gave me my order . She said that she's not allowed to make a cafe, I asked for having my money back instead of what was missing, she's not allowed too. Ok. I wait... and I saw that somebody came at the mac café. So I went there and explain what I was waiting for. She gaves me a cafe wich was on the table with others drinks, all the sames with the same pencil mark on the top. Not sure that it was hot, I told her but she said that it's hot ... humm ok. I just wanted to sat down so I took it... Finally my menu was cold, ketchup was missing (didn't want to ask again) the cafe was cold too et it was not the cafe I ordered... I paid for someting different and more expensive.

I can understand that sometimes it's difficult at work but there is clearly a problem. Organisation, communication. It's a "fast" food. So many people where waiting around us, in the restaurant, outside and the number of cars at the drive.. I've never saw that before.

This McDonalds is a big stand-alone McDonald's, which is easily accessible. It has a very large parking lot for many cars and also the way to the McDrive is pleasantly wide and easy to drive. I ordered at one of the counter stations, sleek, vertical touchscreens. I paid with my credit card. I got a digital location device and took a seat. When their burgers and fries were ready, the technology guided a server to the table to deliver the food with a big smile and a thank you. The whole thing went very fast, although it was well visited by many guests. You don’t have to go this way, you can also order as normal as usual. Their regular opening times have changed and this is nowhere to be seen, until you get out of your car and walk up to the door. There you will find a tiny a4 paper that states that the restaurant closes at 20.00. I think a lot of frustration can be saved if the opening times of the restaurant are visible while you are driving up to the restaurant, when you can still choose to go to the drive thru.
