Paviljoen Genneper Parken — Restaurant in Eindhoven

We visited Paviljoen after almost a year to today. I don’t exactly know what has changed but the service is not the same as it was a year ago. After waiting for someone to take our orders for a long time, we ended up ordering at the cashier. Fine... Then the order arrived after 40 minutes! The burgers we ordered were cold, the pizza margarita had such a hard crust that the pizza knife got broken! Moreover, the amount of fries that you will see in the photograph attached to this review cost €3,50. The stuff did not ask if everything was all right, otherwise I was ready to give them this exact feedback.

The last time we visited this place, we got decent service and a decent amount of fries with the burgers. Paviljoen did better...

A nice place to hang out in the evening. We were there for a party and the staff were very friendly The craft beers are excellent and do not forget to try out their in-house brews. For dinner we had a creamy potato salad, grilled cheese stuffed mushroom , a crunchy vegan burger patty and zucchini with goat cheese. The food was fresh out of the grill and the highlight was the grilled tomato stuffed with raw jackfruit. With jackfruit termed as a "super food" , it was a very healthy and delicious alternative to meat. The iced caramel coffee looked delicious but we were stuffed already with the food. Will go back to try their iced...

Went here on a family get together day, bit bummed about it. Plan was midgetgolf and though fun, some holes needed maintenance. Not a biggie though.

More disappointing was a snack/ice cream bar that wasn't open while it was about 28 degrees Celsius today. My little son could've liked that refresher. Lot of other small and bigger parties going there made it pretty packed in there as well. Shame really.

As for the rest. First time there, can't really say I was too charmed by it, but it wasn't bad either. Service was good though, drinks got sorted relatively quick.

Just that midgetgolf snack bar...
