Unbelievable how disinterested and disrespectful the supervisor is there. Moreover when i tried to explain to her that she didnt pass on my very specific order to the barista and chose to argue with me about what beverage i wanted. Not too difficult: wet ( no foam) latte 3/4 full... all she could do was interrupt me and say "yes but". Then tried to dismiss me without so much as an apology.... Read moreMy flight was delayed, and I decided to grab a chai latte from here. The drink itself was a little bit too sweet for my taste, but overall, it was really good. The lady at the counter was really nice and smiled while taking my order, I can always appreciate a genuine smile! After a while, the same lady was giving away hot chocolate samples to all customers to try. When she came to me, I said I couldn't have any because I'm lactose intolerant.
