The Banana Leaf — Restaurant in Eindhoven

We came to Eindhoven from the UK for a couple of days . We saw Banana Leaf service online and we decided to try because of good reviews. So , my husband contacted the person, and we agreed to have chicken butter , paneer, and rice for 2 people. Unexpectedly we get text with questions if we want chicken biryani too , we both agree to have a try . All of that cost us €40 . So let me tell you about food now . All the dishes were cold , chicken butter was watery, and tasted nothing like butter chicken, plain rice was delicious, paneer contained nuts and I think we should be told about it just in case anyone got a nut allergy (but no one asked us). Chicken biryani was the worst thing! It was old and smelly the moment we opened the box ! All chicken biryani went to the bin , so now we know why we have been offered chicken biryani last minute. Really unhappy with the food . It tastes nothing like Indian food , The only great dish...

We had a baby shower and we ordered food for 25 people, Banana leaf have arranged it very professionally. We ordered starters, mutter paneer, Puri, Veg Biryani and Shrikhand. Food was very tasty, all of our guests were praising the taste. Personally, I enjoyed mutter paneer and Shrikhand.

Food was delicious, I must say their food made our celebration really special! There were few guests who did not know the Mahrastrian specialty shrikhand was also enjoying it a lot.

Apart from taste, all the food vessels and containers were professionally organized and made sure everything stays warm

We ordered lunch for housewarming party for around 40-45 people. The food was delicious with Shrikhand (sweet dish) being the topic of discussion. We have been to many Indian parties in the Netherlands but never tasted such good food. Prashant and his wife they come personally with the food package and arrange it so beautifully. The paneer butter masala and brahmani matki usal was delicious too. All my guests were very happy for having such tasty food. The quantity, quality and cost everything is perfect....
