The Railroad Steakhouse was a super nice evening out with my boyfriend

The atmosphere was pleasant, some lamps were a bit too bright and the decorations seemed conflicting with each other, the inside is like a western and not much railway decor,

The service was good and took our requests seriously, no questions asked about leaving out certain ingredients and made sure to understand how we liked our steak.

The food itself?. When I took the first bite, I was filled with happiness, the steak was made exactly to our request and the puffed potato was absolutely amazing,

They know what they serve, And they understand what you'll need, The puffed potato came with a spoon, which I ended up needing, the nacho chips came with wet wipes, We did not have to ask for anything.

This place is something special. When you walk in, you feel like you're in a saloon. It looks really cool, although it smells weird. The toilets are clean and nice looking. The prices are actually very good, and you get big portions for your money. It also tastes very good. The wiener Schnitzel was well made, and I love the Garlic souce is also very good. Fries are just regular fries. The ribs are tasty, but the steak is not the best. Maybe it was a bad piece of meat, but it just wasn't good. Het restaurant doet gezellig aan de bediening is prima. Parkeer gelegenheid comfortabel naast het restaurant. Eetervaring was redelijk als je bedenkt dat je geen culinaire hoogstandjes mag verwachten. Het nacho voorgerecht was matig vanwege veel chips met een dot gesmolten kaas(?) en weinig smakelijke elementen. Stukjes biefstuk in een pan waren niet echt leuk "aangekleed" en de hoeveelheid was summier maar wel smakelijk. Salade was matig. Voor ruim 20 euro biefstuk zou het in ieder restaurant verplicht moeten zijn om het gewicht van het vlees op de menu kaart te vermelden. Kan je ook beter voorgerecht en hoofdschotel op elkaar afstemmen. Kortom, leuk restaurant met vriendelijke bediening. Prijs/kwaliteit wordt nadelig beïnvloed door volume v/h vlees.
