I recently had a disappointing experience at Subway, and I'm sorry to say that it did not meet my expectations. Customer service is of utmost importance, and unfortunately, I did not feel respected during my visit. The worker was so stressed that I arrived few minutes after 6 and I didn’t knew that they close earlier than normally at 7. I asked her if she would kindly make one be aide I drove 20 min. She made one without toasting etc I told her it’s ok. I said thank you and asked about the number of the boss because I didn’t see it on the website.
When I went to my car I heard that she was calling and telling him that I was yelling at her. Such an unprofessional behavior. So why would someone make it if someone is yelling if she doesn’t have to she even said habe a nice day and I said thank you. Really bad customer service. How to treat customers this way is really not nice. The sandwich was wrapped poorly so everything fall out I threw it away. I’m so disappointed.
One of the main issues I encountered was the quality of the sandwich. It was quite disappointing, and to make matters worse, it was hastily put together. It's crucial for employees to take the time to ensure that the food meets the customers' expectations.
Another disappointment was the lack of opportunity to discuss my concerns directly with the manager. It's important for businesses to listen to customer feedback and take necessary actions to improve customer satisfaction.
I feel compelled to share my experience to inform other potential customers. Reviews play a significant role in providing feedback and helping others make informed decisions.
Thank you for allowing me to share my experience. I sincerely hope that your future experiences at other restaurants will be...
Read moreWent here on a Sunday. During the weekend when the Bastille building in which it is housed is closed, you will have to go through the rear entrance, which may be hard to find. You'll end up in a place of which you likely wonder where you are. There is a little doorbell there to call the staff. They will come to take your order, walk away again to prepare your sub and then let you know when it's ready to pick it up from behind the counter. All in all a very odd experience. I trust during the week it's a normal experience, just wish they could do some changes to the Bastille building so that they can just open the Subway part during the weekend as well as this is really an odd experience. In the end it's about the sub itself and that was fine, but one star less for the experience. Card payments accepted, paying with your Subway points accepted, free parking, only take away during the weekend, dine in only possible...
Read moreGreat subway. It's usually not crowded here (except during lunch hours). Staff are generally quite friendly. There's an important deal for students; everyone that has a UTwente student card can take advantage of the "3 footlong subs for 12 euro's" which is almost 50% off. This deal is only valid after 17;00. Great way to grab a quick and relatively cheap dinner...
