Pleasantly surprised. As we'll be moving into the area in a few weeks and this is the closest restaurant, we were hoping it would be good. Happy to report; we very much enjoyed our meal here. This is an all-you-can-eat tapas restaurant. Decor: the decor and interior design of this place is on point. It's tastefully decorated with dark colors with gold accents. Even the toilets are magnificent. The seats (the normal seats not the toilet seats!) are very comfortable and luxurious. The ambiance created by the decor makes it feel both intimate and cozy. Staff: the staff was young and friendly. They were timely in their waiting on us and not intrusive at all. Food: Loved (most of) it. They have a nice tapas concept where you get to try a lot of different dishes. We liked almost all of them. The one thing we weren't so fond of was the pulled chicken. Normally when ordering pulled chicken I expect there to be some kind of sauce/marinade on the chicken, at Van Sprang for whatever reason, the pulled chicken is just that - plain pulled chicken. It was therefore a bit dry so both the Nachos with pulled chicken and the pulled chicken taco's were not that great in our opinion. But no problem, since there was a lot of other deliciousness going on. A personal favorite: the pepper steak! The desserts are heavily focused on chocolate and ice cream, our suggestion would be to include some baked goods here as well, or something non-conventional. The lemon cheesecake dessert is unfortunately a no-bake cheesecake. The dessert portions are quite large. We already decided we will likely skip the dessert next time since although nice, it was not that special and since dessert is not included in the all-you-can-eat this would save on costs too. Another thing: all the food arrives on your table in an etagere, which although nice-looking is anything by practical. Price: It's not a very cheap place, but this shows in the food. Divided by what we ordered we spent about 8 EUR per dish. For what we got we think this is a fair price. Overall this is a tapas place of fairly high quality, definitely a step up from places like La Cubanita for example. I have no doubt we will return. They have a 'specials' menu that is updated about once a month.

We stayed for a few nights only a 5min drive away. There are a bunch of restaurants around this area. Some even offer similar food and concepts like this one. It's a very popular place and was packed when we visited. Lucky we had a reservation. Our Bulldog was welcome as well. Staff here was really helpful, took time to explain the idea behind the food concept and were really friendly throughout the night. Had a glass of wine and studied the menu. It mostly consists of small tapas-like plates and sizes. The idea is that you order a bunch of them, enjoy them and order more when you're done. Unlimited! A very fun idea and the menu really looked appetizing. There is a big range of cold plates as well as a good selection of warm plates. There was some complementary cheese first. Good stuff. Then we ordered the poke bowl with salmon, oriental beef carpaccio and and tartufo carpaccio. Poke bowl was ok, the oriental carpaccio not that great. Not really great quality meat. The tartufo carpaccio on the other hand was really good. Nice and tender meat, good sauce. The we ordered Pescaditos Fritos, Pepper steak and Goat Cheese & Bacon. The fried seafood was ok. The goat cheese pretty good. The let-down was the steak. That was a pretty tough piece of meat. Sauce good though. The biggest downside are the waiting times. I know it's packed. But there are a good number of waiters and waitresses. But it took about an hour per serving. That's just very long and we didn't plan on sitting here for 4-5 hours. So we ordered dessert (not included in the set-price) and left soon after. All in all a very mixed bag. It's fun, the menu looks great. And 32.50 per person is pretty fair. But if you want your moneys worth you need to bring a lot of time. The staff seems to disappear after a few servings. It was still a fun night though. But once was enough, since the food quality wasn't overly convincing and we went somewhere else the other nights.
