Restaurant La Salsa Latina — Restaurant in Geldrop-Mierlo

You know you’re in good hands when you can speak to the staff in Spanish.

I’ve been a fan of the food trucks that frequent Eindhoven, and once asking it they carried Postobon Manzana or Malta, they advised me to go to their restaurant!

I made a reservation via Google and took ourselves to Geldrop. Up a couple of stairs, after a brisk 15 minute walk from Geldrop Station. I have to admit had the location been in Eindhoven it would be packed.

Enjoyed some arepas that taste like home, and the quesillo really took the cake home!!

Bathrooms are small and clean, plus points for using quality toilet paper!

Music is Latin American pan flute that had me craving some Carlos Vives at the end there. We sat next to the window and enjoyed our hot meal while watching the snow...

This is a nice restaurant recommended by my Colombian colleague. The atmosphere is great as it is very chill and relaxing. The waiter is very friendly and the food is quickly served. I had Lomo Saltado which is the combination of rice, fries and a kind of beef stew. I really like this menu and the meat tastes very nice. I really recommend...

Wat een geweldig leuk restaurant in ons Geldrop. Super lekkere, en authentice gerechtenen. De bediening door Carlos en Karina was enorm hartelijk, vriendelijk en vol passie. Ambiance precies zoals je in een restaurant in Peru en Colombia kunt verwachten. Heerlijke zuid americaanse muziek. Daar ik een hekel heb aan kiezen van een menukaart werd direct aangeboden om een gevarieerd verassings menu samen te laten stellen door de eigenaaresse en de kok. Heerlijk gegeten en er echt van genoten. Verrassend waren de spiesje met koeien hart, uiterst smaakvolle zwarte bonen met witte kaas en een verschijdenheid aan gerechten. We kregen telkens enkele typische en autentieke gerechten uit Peru en Venezuela. Alle gerechten waren even smaakvol. Lekker wijntje en een fijne ruime tafel maken de beleving compleet. Ook de prijs kwaliteit verhouding is goed. Bij de koffie kregen we nog een typische borrel van het huis aangeboden. Zeker een aanrader Wij komen zeker...
