That was one mistake I will never do again. Ordered burgers, felt like puking after... I had quite a few bad burgers in my life, but I think this one makes McDonald's burger taste like heaven.

Where to start?! Good points: Meat was good. Fries were good. Service was good. Bad points: No vegetables on the burger (well there was some lame excuse of sla and half fried onions). No sauce, well there was in theory mayo, I couldn't taste it though. Burger is way too thick. Which leads to the fact the burger was not cooked good from the inside.

And another side point which is a bit of a criminal side in my opinion... One of the burgers was actually rara from the inside, which for burgers allow bacteria to survive (burgers are not steaks, sorry your cook watch to many tv...), Plus in some countries it is illegal, not sure where the Netherlands stands.

Ooh yea, the fondue was one of saddest thing I have ever seen. Fruits that suffered a car crash it seems, and a low quality chocolate.

All in all just cook at home. It is cheaper, and there is no way you getting...

I always like to visit Holland because the service in the restaurants often is very friendly and attentive. Unfortunately not at this place. I went there with the family of my husband and I have to admit that it was a disappointment for all of us. Food was ok, but the service was not good, not friendly at all. We also had to wait 30min to clear our table after finishing our food and we asked the menu again for dessert and again after more than 30min waiting(!) we had to hunt for the waiter to able to finally order again the dessert… And the waiter lady not just was not sorry but absolutely not kind and did not talk politely to the old father of my husband. (For example when he asked back something coz he didn’t hear her.) And the restaurant was not busy at all, there were like 3 other tables taken while we was there, so could not have been the reason for this long waiting and also not for...

Eerste ervaring met deze keten. Premium Black Angus Burger (medium) met ambachtelijke friet en een cola €17.25. Het is dat ik omviel van de honger anders had ik het laten staan. Het broodje was bleek en leek ontdooid met magnetron. Er zat ook zo'n uitgedroogd hard stuk in wat je van de magnetron krijgt. Vraag me niet hoe ik mijn burger gebakken wil hebben als je al het leven eruit gaat bakken. Het schoenzooltje was, wellicht door het lange doorbakken, veel te klein voor het broodje. Black Angus slaat volgens mij op het koeienras en niet op de kleur die de burger moet hebben. Taai, droog, wrang, alsof je je op restjesdag toch maar waagt aan die burger die al minstens vijf jaar in de vriezer ligt omdat dat beest anders voor niets gestorven is. Hopen dat je er geen voedselvergiftiging aan over houdt. De serveerster gaf toe dat de ambachtelijke friet inderdaad van het soort diepvries-aardappekroket-uit-zak waren. In de meeste burgertenten kun je in deze prijsklasse gewoon versgesneden aardappelpartjes op schil verwachten. Bij de Beren niet. De friet was ook nog eens koud geserveerd. Bijna te lullig om het allemaal op te noemen, maar er ging hier werkelijk zo veel fout dat de enige reden kan zijn dat de keuken er met de pet naar gooit. Het komt minachtend en passieloos op me over. Dit zet je je hond nog niet voor.
