The Gyros Company — Restaurant in Haarlem

I hate to write a bad review. This food is good! But the dilivery and service is horrible. We waited 1 1/2 hours for our food then I road my bike to the restaurant in hopes to pick it up. They where rude and seamed very irritated with me. They acted as if they had no idea about my order. While speaking to my husband on the phone the dilivery dude finaly showed up. I'm pretty sure the guy behind the counter sent him a message. No apology. No nothing. I live a 3 minutes bike ride from this place and the dilivery guy I'm pretty sure was on a scooter. If you own a place that delivers food, know it does not matter how good your food is if it shows up hours...

We have been ordering from your place for more than a year. We noticed that the quality the past few months has gone down. I don’t know if it could be a change of management or something but the quality changed. First we noticed the portions being kind of smaller and then the quality started not being as it used to. The last time we ordered, we were not able to eat the potatoes, they were very bad. The rest was just ok (you are the only greek in the area so we do not have a choice really) but you should bring the quality back to how it was before. It's a pity. I went with my family today to Haarlem to enjoy Greek food. We love this restaurant, and the food. I notice they have new owners. I was concerned about if the quality of the food should be as good as before, and we noticed there was almost no difference. Good food, big portions, and nice tzatziki saus.
