Brasserie Matt's — Restaurant in Haarlemmermeer

Went to Brasserie Matt’s for a quick drink next to the water on a sunny day.

Was in the mood for ribs, but unfortunately the dinner menu is only available from 17:00, so I ended up ordering a carpaccio sandwich.

The sandwich was decent, and a generous portion size.

Where this place shines is in terms of atmosphere , where the terrace is perfectly situated to enjoy the view of the water in the sun with an ice cold beer and good music. The service was good and our waiter was very friendly.

Will be back for drinks...

Nice location, perfect for biertje after work buuuut…. Suprisingly good nachos (at least it jsed to be - a reviww after a year), a lot of places gives those nontexture sauces from shops. In here there is a perfect amount of everything. And also - great moscow mule. I dont know who decided on proportion and what do you use (tell me please is this some special ginger beer or what) but it is perfect. To this day - best moscow mule, strong but alcohol is not leaving the aftertaste. And also nice...

I had hoped for a pleasant meal at Brasserie Matt’s, but the experience was disappointing. The food was average at best and didn’t feel worth the price.
