Dear Burger King Customer Service,
I am writing to express my disappointment and dissatisfaction with the service I received at one of your Burger King drive-thru locations. On 8th of July, at approximately 14:30, I visited the drive-thru of the Burger King located at A4 1, 2132 MA Hoofddorp, and I encountered an unfortunate incident that left me feeling disrespected and upset.
The purpose of this review is to bring to your attention the behavior of one of your employees, Jenny, who was handling the drive-thru station at the time. While I understand that everyone has off days and that it can be challenging to consistently provide exceptional service, Jenny's conduct during my visit was particularly concerning and left a negative impression on me as a loyal Burger King customer.
Jenny, an Asian-looking lady, exhibited a consistently rude and dismissive attitude throughout my entire interaction with her. From the moment I approached the drive-thru window until the completion of my order, she displayed a complete lack of courtesy and respect. Not only did she fail to greet me with the usual warm and friendly manner associated with your brand, but she also made derogatory remarks and used a dismissive tone when talking to me. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable and tarnishes the reputation of Burger King.
I trust that Burger King takes customer satisfaction seriously and endeavors to create a positive experience for all customers. Therefore, I kindly request the following actions be taken:
Additional training and guidance for all employees, emphasizing the importance of customer service and treating customers with respect. Regular monitoring of employee interactions with customers to ensure consistent adherence to company standards. I hope that by bringing this matter to your attention, Burger King will take appropriate steps to rectify the situation and prevent similar incidents from occurring in the future.

Read moreThis is about the Drive Through only: Along the A4 the ideal place to get a good snack. However, the insulting attitude of the staff is beyond comprehension. Rude and very impolite, both cashier and the one handing over the food. Not even an apology for the long waiting times (over 15 minutes, 3 cars in front). Even the car before us still had to wait for their order, and so did we!? What were they preparing all that time? Conclusion: inefficient crew that on top of that doesn't even care. When asked for the cause of the long wait, just told us "Hey, it is busy, have a good Sunday" (closing the window in our face). Drive Through lane full and would-be customers driving on. As this is Google maps: just find another restaurant.

Following a very long trip, craving nothing but a good Whopper we've decided to stop here at 11pm.
The barrier was closed, no sign whatsoever informing the clientele of closure or technical difficulties or anything. Employees were inside.
Several other people stopped, puzzled at the closed barrier. We checked the main entrance (also closed) and then walked up to the drive thru window.
The lady inside didn't even open the window to exchange a few words to tell us anything. She shrugged and waved us away.
So umm, we're currently on our way to the Burger King near Rijswijk and we're incredibly disappointed in the total lack of service and hospitality provided by this establishment.
