We dined in. So we took take the re-useable drinking glasses, at the cost if €1 (refundable). We get our meals and drinks, there is only one re-usable drinking glass. We paid for seven. We get told to come back after our meal to get the refund. He will prepare the slip with the QR code refund. It is not a problem to go back later for the refund. However, this system is in place to make less waste going to be dumped. So now the drinks are in disposable paper cups. We go to collect our tikkie refund the machine is not working, so the gentleman behind the counter has already prepared the slip like he said he would. I check the slip it has seven glasses, however only €6 refund. I then ask for this to be corrected. After 3 failed attempts, tell the gentleman (2nd gentleman) a different glass needs to be scanned for each refund. Read moreThere is bad and there is this place. Besides the slowest staff in the world the age of the products is far beyond acceptable. Dried out chicken. Giving overcooked undersized pieces of original as hotwings in a box meal, waiting times of literally half an hour in the drive through with only 4 cars ahead. The lettuce was so old it had 3 different shades of yellow on it.
