Worse customer service ever! Came to holland for business trip, decided to try local fast food restaurants, picked this one since it had 4.1 star review... Sadly i was very dissapointed me and my coleagues had to wait for 20 minutes in a drive thru, even tho they first asked me if i would like to order, after asking if they speak english, they said yes and told me to wait again... Went to the other window, got the same reaction, decided not to wait anymore-after a few questions ive realised that these people who works in customer service sphere? are not quallified at all... We just got 3 beefeeg muffins to go.

We waited for over 10mins while there were only 2 orders needed to be prepared(one was coffee to go, another was ours). When we finally got our food and opened the bag, one muffin was half wrapped, looks like someone already opened it. And one muffin had no beef burger! I don’t know how could a small order like this went wrong, I suggest everyone to check your order before you leave the restaurant.

Like any fast food place, it's.. fast. But, this place is new, modern, clean, fresh, it has entertainment for the kids, both outside and inside. Very friendly staff, they do that little extra for you. And unlike most places I've been to, this one has a kinda family feeling, too it, everyone is a part of one big happy family, which I do appreciate.
