Nice place to try Portuguese products in Helmond. The staff is very friendly and the snacks are good. Majority of the popular Portuguese snacks are displayed in the cafe for you to choose in the same style you can find in Portugal. Coffee tasted good and strong. Prices are cheap. Would have appreciated more if the snacks was a bit more fresh. The natas and chouriço are not that special and tasted ordinary. Unfortunately dining is not possible inside or outside the cafe.

What an awesome place! I booked for a few tarts and they were super kind, always responding and helpful. The tarts were amazing and my guests adored them! Super flavourful and tasty, tasted like home (as I am Portuguese) and the presentation made with care as well. I recommend and will be back for sure!

Wat een verrassing. Heel toevallig gevonden via Mr. Google op zondag 26 januari 2025 : Pastelaria Lusa in Helmond. Nooit geweten dat er een bakker is gevestigd uit Portugal. Echt heerlijk ( en vers ) gebak geheel volgens Portugees recept. En ( uiteraard ) ook Pasteis de Nata ( het origineel Portugees internationaal bekend gebakje met vanille-room. Naast gebak heeft men ook originele andere producten uit Portugal in het winkeltje gelegen aan de Molenstraat. Echt geweldig. Voel je je toch een beetje op vakantie. Overigens maakt men ook taarten op verzoek, voor allerlei gelegenheden. Daarmee kun je op een verjaardag, feestje, communie echt je gasten mee verrassen. Ik ben nu al blij om binnenkort weer wat lekkers te halen.

We went to drink a coffee with something sweet, we got very racist behaviour towards Portuguese people even though the place sells Portuguese products and we wanted to go away, the guys( I guess the owner) didn’t like that my boyfriend said he is not coming back and he started kicking him out. We had to go to the police to...

A very authentic Portugese Bakery and shop. The sweets are amazing on flavor and the prices are very reasonable. A small hidden gem in the middle of Helmond. Make sure to come early, the pastry flies of the shelf 😉
