so been coming to Helmond for years and to be honest slipped into a rut regarding the dinner choice. The usual canal side haunts have become so dull, predictable and to be honest just bland. A little scroll on google maps and up pops #beerandbeef_helmond happy that I found. Really nice layout for bar/restaurant with loads of tables and not all sat on top of each other unlike so many other places. Welcomed in and given a choice of tables and chose the one near the bar just for convenience tbh. Simple but a great selection on the menu with something for all and the pricing certainly in line with expectations in The Netherlands. Service was top notch and food was delivered well presented and tasted delicious. I let the chef choose the cook on the steak and he did not disappoint. Highly recommend this place if in the area. Great atmosphere, really nice staff and of course food and drink to back it all up. Well done Beer and Beefs Helmond 👍 overall meal for 1 with 10oz steak and a beer 47€ but definitely coming back to try rest of the menu.

We bought the combo deal with film ticket at Pathe. The price for 3 course dinner and a ticket to Pathe was 37,50 euro /pass. The Tom Kha Kai soup was not authentic soup but was tasty. I had big burger and could not finish it. If you are a big eater, you may be able to finish it. For dessert, I had icecream and my friend had home made Tiramitsu, which was really good. The staffs are friendly and the service is fast. Even though it is not a fansy restaurant but it is a good choice for going out with your friends. The only thing we would like them to improve is dont put too much salt in the food because it was very salty.

Overall okay experience. Staff was nice, pretty fast service. It was quite loud inside and I didn’t find the place cosy. Our dishes were a bit on the cold side, so that sucks. Also they give you small portions and only one portion of fries + salad for two people. If you’re not a big eater this place is okay, but if you are it isn’t worth your money. Other than the food being a bit cold, it had a great taste and the fries were also pretty nice.
