On King's Day this year (27 April 2021) we placed an order with Johnny's Burger in Hilversum for a total of €32.68. Due to a problem in their ordering system the order WAS NEVER DELIVERED! When we called them multiple times to inquire the staff kept saying it's on its way until they said the kitchen was already closed.... we never got our food! If this were it, I can understand that mistakes happen, however the real saga began when we asked for a refund or to receive the order on a different day. Again we were told multiple times that this will be taken care of.... but, after almost three months no resolution has been offered!!!! I personally went to the Restaurant a number of times and even spoke with the owner, Souhaib, twice but to no avail! Every time I was told this will be taken care of but... nothing! No follow up, no resolution, no updates. I even sent a message to the corporate office and, you guessed it, never received a reply.... I HAVE NEVER EXPERIENCED SUCH AN ARROGANT AND DISMISSIVE APPROACH TO A PROBLEM CREATED BY A BUSINESS.
The thing is we liked their burgers and would have kept ordering from them but not anymore. For €32.68 Johnny's Burger lost a potentially loyal customer and, hopefully, others who will read this review. I had ordered a burger some fries and a drink from their website. I called them since it was 1.5 hours later and my order wasn't delivered yet. De guy answering the phone couldn't be bothered te speak more then two words. Hey said good evening as if he would hang up two times in the middle of the conversation...
The food got delivered 1 hour and 45 minutes late. And the order was wrong! They delivered the wrong burger and wedges instead of fries. By then I was super hungry, not looking forward to speak to out two word burger man and the food was warm. So I just ate it. The burger was actually pretty good even tho it was the wrong burger. The wedges where very dry and tasteless.
So if you are looking for a burger joint in Hilversum. Go somewhere else. There are plenty of...

If you can't keep up with the orders, you need to sort yourself out, it's not the customers problem.
They also missed out the sides for one of the orders. I've heard that this wasn't the first time.
