McDonald's — Restaurant in Hilversum

Worst experience we ever had at a McDonalds. It took 30 min to get our order, which we stated was to eat inside. Despite this, we got our order in two paper bags. When I reminded the employee that we eat in, she simply put the bags on a tray, without unpacking. Most of the food was cold, the cheese did not even melt in our burgers. One employee in the kitchen who was making the seasoning was also eating at the same time. No washing hands or gloves or anything. The person making the fries had about 20 boxes of fries in front of him, so obviously they got cold by the time we got ours. They also provide the sauces in a new packaging, a simple plastic bag that you have to empty on your tray or other packaging. Very hygenic! The whole place was covered in garbage, we spent there around 45 min and haven't seen anyone cleaning. No soap in the mens room. It is a shame what this place became, we will never go to...

Really bad & super slow service. The kitchen was chaos on display where the manager was fire fighting and staff were not bothered at all. From the outlook one could judge that either they were all novices and untrained or not interested in working. There was a queue of cars outside around 10, and over a dozen orders inside. When we arrived they were giving out order 36 while ours was 42. We ordered two cappuccinos, one coke and a bottle of water. The order was placed at 22.00 and after waiting for half an hour had to go and ask and then after over 40 minutes the order was delivered. I was really thirsty on a Sunday night while driving when all super markets were closed so came in for quick order. But it wasted our whole hour for just...

Been there twice in a relatively short period, both through the drive-thru. First time it was busy but nothing too special, although we stood in line for about 10-15 Minutes.

Two days ago i went there again and it took me 35-40 Minutes (in a row of 7 cars) to get to the thing to give your order. When i finally arrived at the counter window i could see she was running the place ALONE. That's something nobody should have to do... In total it took me 50 Minutes before my food was there, and she got my order wrong too (missing a sandwhich)

In both times they would either not understand Dutch at all, or hardly understand English.

McDonalds i would consider A: Hiring more people and B: Maybe hire people who understand you...
