Ordered a pizza there, this is what I got: crust wasn't baked propper, almost a comical lack of any topings (one slice was void of toppings entirely) and it didn't look anything like the pizza promoted on the site. Bacon slices look like snippets compared to the strips shown on the site. Taste was mediocre as can be expected from chain pizzarias. Last time for me.

Update as of 6 sep 2019: The service has improved a lot. No major problems off late except a few late deliveries. A mistake ingredients was timely acknowledged and a free replacement was offered immediatly - Great customer care.

Ordered 50 minutes ago and status shows delivered in website!!! But yet to see any delivery person with order in it. Looks like some one wants to make sure that delivery is 'systematically' done within the time limit....

Pizza's besteld om 19:13u. Mijn zoontje van 4 heeft anderhalf uur lang heen en weer gelopen naar de voordeur om de bezorger te ontvangen, hij had zo'n zin in de pizza. Telefonisch zijn ze erg slecht bereikbaar. Om 20:00u gebeld waar ze mij vertelden dat de bezorging niet eens onderweg was. Toelichting van de medewerker: "Het is erg druk en de telefoon gaat constant. Weinig mensen, dus alles is vertraagd." Om 20:45u nog eens geprobeerd te bellen en de telefoonlijn was gewoon gesloten (kreeg een bezettoon). De order status op de website wordt geen minuut geactualiseerd en vertelde de hele tijd dat de bezorging "op tijd zal zijn". GEEN ENKELE vorm van communicatie waarin ons verteld werd hoe laat het zal komen. Om 21:15u naar een andere pizzeria gegaan om toch nog pizza te kunnen eten vandaag. Om 21:30u, halen ze het nog in hun botte kop om voor onze deur te staan met de bestelling! 2 uur en 15 minuten later!! Uiteraard had ik al een bestelling van nog eens €30,25 gedaan bij een andere pizzeria.

Schade: €24,98 door de bestelling van New York Pizza plus €30,25 van de concurrent. €55,23 in totaal.

Als dit filiaal het werk niet aan kan, waarom is het dan nog open!!??? Wij zullen nooit meer bestellen bij (dit filiaal van) New York Pizza!

PS: wel een compliment voor de medewerker aan de telefoon, die bleef erg rustig en klonk ook zeer...

Very friendly employees and very good customer service. When I was there, for no reason they decided not to charge me for my pizza even though I showed them my card, in fact they also added a cookie. The sauce was very good and the cookie is one of the best cookies I ever had. the sauce had such a nice texture. I also forgot to tell you how good the crust was. All I'm going to say is ....FIVE...
