Taste Coffee & More — Restaurant in Hoogeveen

I recently visited this coffee shop when travelling with my partner and friends. The coffee was honestly one of the nicest I’ve had in my life (ended up getting a second cup to takeaway, it was that good 😂), the toastie was delicious and the staff were very friendly, accommodating and kind. They took the time to have a nice chat with us before we left and seemed genuinely interested in what 4 Scottish folk were up to visiting Hoogeeven (we were on a fishing holiday at a lake nearby). This place is amazing! We stopped off on our way to Sweden 🇸🇪 but have been to Netherlands a few times and not been in this area, what an amazing coffee shop. We LOVE our coffee and wanted a proper coffee stop off the motorway. Short 5 mins detour found us this gem. I saw reviews of their carrot cake and they had some - it is DELICIOUS!!
