Grand Café 't Veen — Restaurant in Kaag en Braassem

A very cozy and informal place. The cafè has been renewed recently. The service is carried out with speed and organization, the food Is very tasty, the beers good and the price is excellent. I recommend it also for large groups (we were 11) as for example if you want you can opt for a sort of all you can eat in which many small plates are served with tasting of everything (excellent dessert are included at the end). Very disappointing. The beer is the best, no questions there. But please refrain from deep frying spare ribs till the point they are wasted. I did not finish them. They were terrible. Tasteless, dry, smelled and tasted like frying oil. They did offer to make something else, but my stomach disagreed with anh more...
