We visited Casco back in 2021,we waited for more than 45 minutes and after repeated resquests by us,finally someone finally came and Took Our order. The personnel Took the food Orders from the guests who came later than us. The personnel is suprisingly very friendly to the white guests and extremely unfriendly to dark skinned people. We Initially thought,they had a very busy day and had a Bad mood. We came back to this Restaurant yesterday on 11.08.25 and our feeling of not being welcomed as dark skinned family was confirmed. We Waited for over 20 minutes and none of the 4 personnel didnt even bother to say a friendly hi.our table was left uncleaned and the other guests who came later than us could give their orders. Even the guests setting next to us were confused as to why they were not taking any order from us and were clearly not understanding why we were treated in such a bad way.After i asked a coupe of times if somebody could take Our order and clean the table,finally someone came to clean the table and left the cleaning cloth behind on the table. Finally we could order a coupe of drinks, and the personnel said he would give us the menu so that we could order some food. We were then left unattended for another 15 minutes. I went straight to the Bar and said "i guess you guys have some issues with people like us,I would like to pay for the drinks and leave the place" they didnt even give us any answer nor an explaination as to why there is an issue in taking an order from us,but white people who came later were clearly greeted with a friendly smile and the orders were taken quickly,which clearly Shows "dark skinned people are not welcome...
Read moreWe were here for a barbecue with 20 people. At first they couldn't really keep up with the demand to bake everything. They told us that was because we were a little late (10-15 min late) . But that doesn't really make sense, because they asked us to go the table. In the end we were at the table on schedule.
The barbecue was OK, but there weren't a lot of choices of vegetables. There were only potatoes (in mayo) and some coleslaw, that's it. After we complained, they gave us some more. The first batch of meat was served without fries. No clue why, because fries take like 5 min to bake.
So the food is OK. But if it isn't going according to plan, they look for excuses everywhere but themselves. I would suggest to go here if the groups are not that large, for large groups they can't...
Read moreWirklich schön gelegen und von außen wirklich einladend. Das Ambiente ist stimmig und alles in gepflegtem Zustand. Die Bedienung kam zügig und war sehr nett. Erstaunlicherweise gibt es hier mehr als genug Bedienungungen, anderes als bei uns in Deutschland. Wir hatten erst einmal ein paar Tappas vorweg, die wirklich gut waren. Nur beim Hauptgang war es dann vorbei. Ich hatte eine Grillplatte und meine Frau ein Wienerschnitzel. Das Fleisch auf der Grillplatte lag in einer fettigen Lake auf dem Teller. Das Fleisch war völlig durchgebraten und völlig trocken und zäh. Das gute Stück Filet war zäh und mit den Messer kaum zu zerschneiden. Das Wienerschnitzel war natürlich ein Stück Formfleisch aus der Tiefkühltruhe und wurde in der Friteususe in Fett ertrenkt. Das merkte man und man schmeckte es auch.
Alles gut und stimmig, nur das Essen ist es nicht wert.

Werter Gastronom, in der Kritik standen auch nicht das Hühnchen oder das Putenfleisch. Ich glaube Ihnen, wenn Sie schreiben, dass dies Fleisch frisch angeliefert wird. Das Rinderfilet und das Schweinemedallion waren und bleiben zäh und trocken. Von einem Profi in der Küche erwarte ich, dass so etwas nicht vorkommt. In Bezug auf meine Kritik zum Wienerschnitzel verlieren Sie kein Wort, offensichtlich lag ich hier richtig. Ich schreibe hier nicht, um irgendwelche falschen Behauptungen auf zu stellen, sondern nur meine höchsteigene Eindrücke und Erfahrungen und dabei bleibe ich auch.
