McDonald's — Restaurant in Leidschendam-Voorburg

Worst Mc Donalds experience i ever had in my life. Well.. they have a bigmac and a mc chicken but thats pretty much all there is. 80% of the usual mc donalds menu items are simply not existent, i really like their monthly special, always being the same boring maestro burger, they always praise this one as the new burger this month but in reality they only smack a tasteless egg inside or hand you some terribly overpriced shrimps with it, its still the same old maestro burger, for the last 8 months, nothing new. Still i went there atleast once a month for convinience sake until last time i was there. i only wanted to grab 2 cheeseburgers and head out quickly, i ordered at the machine and realized the cheeseburgers are 1.50 instead of 1 euro which is a pretty heavy price raise, for no apparent reason.. i got my ticket and a few minutes after me another guy finished his ticket, 2 numbers below me at the same machine. i sit down. i wait 15 minutes. the guy who ordered after me already leaves the restaurant, with what looks like enough food to feed 3 families, yet im still waiting for my 2 cheeseburgers... so i approach the counter and ask for them, just being totally rudely told that they're on their way, the woman didnt even check anything and seemed more annoyed with having to deal with me then genuinely trying to give me some information. So i wait another 5 minutes. Finally my number got pulled up and i got my 2 cheeseburgers, just to realize they were totally cold.. not just "not hot" - these things were on the side for atleast 10 minutes, they lost all warmth. At this moment i sworn myself i will never set a foot into this Mc...

Horrible service from unfriendly staff!!! I came over here with my 2years old daughter. I wanted to appreciate her with a simple ice cream and 1euro hamburger for her patience after grocery.

I got table number 84. I have waited for almost 45min. At the beginning I was still calm because it was so busy lunch time. Not until I realise that the people who came after us with the table number higher than us (90,93,etc) got serviced earlier than us even they ordered "more complicated" menu for 3-5people.

My daughter started crying n was cranky. I asked the female staff about my order. She unfriendly said that she didn't understand my speaking, indicated my English is bad? I turned into Dutch, she still didn't understand. At the end of the day, she came to our table with our orders. Before I left the restaurant, I ordered one more take away menu double quarto hamburger for my husband , two staffs were laughing at me when I picked up the take-away at the cashier.

Is this how this worldwide fastfood restaurant serve their loyal customers?

Anyway.. At the same day, 2 elderly clients also complained about something however the staffs again laughed at their customers. It is a validation for me that I was not the only client who was dissatisfied with the service from the McD...

Worst delivery service, food ordered at 15:01 and it’s like even after 30mins the food is not delivered in eat in.. when asked them the staff behaves rudely and says don’t know the reason of delay. You will get it and then he goes to the kitchen and checks and they have totally missed the order itself. Later he comes back and say some issue with machine. Rest of others orders were completed and delivered but our order never came.. after 30 mins they delivered with an attitude missing the customer items.
