Burger King — Restaurant in Lelystad

I came to the place to eat with my family, I placed an order at the self-service checkout but unfortunately the machine displayed an error and asked for another payment and this happened several times, I finally canceled the order and after a while I realized that the money for 4 four transactions had disappeared from my account. The service said that I would get the refund in two days but unfortunately two weeks have passed and I still haven't received the money, I lost over €80, I tried to contact the restaurant and the headquarters but I was ignored, I sent messages describing the event and nothing. apart from that, when I was at the restaurant there was a big mess, a drink was spilled in the middle and there were unlit cigarettes everywhere in front of the restaurant, overall the...

I have to say Burger King Lelystad really lives up to their reputation.... In a positive way! I ordered a 🍔 in one of the Burger King franchises today a kids meal for my daughter of 8yrs old who's a milk allergy and explicitly told the cashier "NO CHEESE 🧀"... After getting home to our surprise there was CHEESE 🧀 on the the 🍔. Irritated I went to their colleges at Burger King Lelystad and explained the situation... They called up their college of the other franchise and decided to "Pick up The Slack"... Issuing the exact menu (without the 🧀) to my daughter making her a happy little girl. Slowest fast food on planet earth. Laziest staff ive ever witnessed in any sort of food place. Also, they always charge +1€ for plastic reusable cup and never gives one, which is open scam. Cashiers are more focused on talking and laughing with themselfs than serving food. This place needs everyone fired, and fresh start, with some standards in place this time over. Get your shit together Lylestad Burger King 😠

EDIT 3 months later: a lot of positive changes, mainly food preparation time. Staff less chilled out and more focused on work. Happy to bump my rating from 2 to 4...
