Domino's Pizza Lelystad Weversstraat — Restaurant in Lelystad

This dominos branch needs to either train their employees better or pay them more so that they care about what they are doing.

I’ve never had such a bad experience with dominos until i order from here. The first time was last Saturday, ordered through thuisbezorgd and the employee did not push the order to their system somehow, we waited over 3 hours for our food and got nothing, first time we called a guy said that we dont have a pizza for you we cant help and basically hung up. Second time we called another person answered we were told to “contact thuisbezorgd”, before we had to keep complaining because we knew that there was nothing wrong on thuisbezorgd’s part and then they found the order, were very apologetic (or trying to be) and then gave us some free cinnamon sticks which was fine in the end, we just spent the entire Saturday waiting for food.

Today it was the same, we tried to avoid the whole thuisbezorgd ordeal by ordering for pick up, guy legit switches from speaking english fully to not understanding what i want to order, which is understandable if he doesn’t speak a lot of english but you can make some effort as i was trying to say the dutch name of the pizzas, and then hangs up before i even finish ordering.

This review probably does not matter, and im not trying to just put an angry bad review, but just have some work ethic and make effort with your customers. The rhetoric of the employees could really be improved even if dutch people are just “direct”, you should still be trying to sell me your commodity and not trying to hang up as soon as you pick up the phone.

The actual food tastes like classic dominos, got the buy one get one free :) only thing that the pizza was cut pretty wonky but its fine, i enjoyed having smaller pieces while my husband...

I make an order at 18:06 and requested it at 19:00. And you would think 1 hour to make one pizza margerita easy. Well no at 19:30 I called where my pizza was. The gentlemen could not tell me anything concrete except that my pizza was not even in the oven! Not even in the oven and he did not dare to say anything about when it could arrive at my house. Which was odd but now I get why. At 20:00 I pretty much already forgot about my pizza ever arriving. At 20:30 finally my pizza came after 2,5 hours after ordering and officially 1,5 hours too late. Way way to late. And this all while paying good money for a pizza which eventually also tasted really bland the dough especially really bland and just overall really bad tasting pizza. Horrible experience and will really never order here again. And will recommend everyone not to...

We have made two orders to have it delivered to our homes and both times they told us that they tried to call and no one answered the call, at no time have I received calls. The first time we let it go, but the second time we were more attentive to the application and even my partner went down to the door before the order arrived. Total, we called to ask and the guy hangs up on us while I was talking, we called again a second time and he wants to hang up again and we asked him if we could go get the order and he said yes. When we get there we ask for the claim sheet and he tells us no, that we put it through the application. In the end we ate the cold food. All this happened yesterday...
