Polite and timely, no chasing needed. I contacted Bistro 'In Petto' with a simple question and received a clear and courteous reply — no delays, no excuses. Even though they had no current vacancies, they still treated me like a human being, not like a problem. That alone earns them my respect. It’s such a basic thing, and yet in this country, it has become rare. After many months of writing to Dutch businesses, I’ve learned to appreciate not only professionalism but also decency. ‘In Petto’ might not realise it, but a short reply like theirs can carry weight, especially for people who are living through exhausting circumstances and are often ignored. Excellent value for money. We've been coming here for 4 years now and have seen this place develop itself tremendously. Service is attentive and with a smile, Dylan is an excellent host. In the kitchen they take pride in sourcing local produce and prepare this with the utmost care. Food is absolutely delicious and authentic.
