Dreamz — Restaurant in Maastricht

I wish I could rate our dining experience here as highly as all our other experiences during our stay in Maastricht. The majority of the staff are friendly and welcoming and good at their job. However, our experience was coloured by a very rude young woman who had no idea about how to deal with customers in a professional way. You do not deal with a complaint by challenging the customer and walking away to find someone else to deal with the fact that my food was undercooked. There's a reason this place is always empty. Very bad. Don't waste your money. Poses as a higher end restaurant, with consequent prices. Atmosphere is a total zero. But, more importantly, the quality of food is abysmal. We tried various items on the menu, and couldn't believe what we were served. Runny soups, bland fish served at room temp, unseasoned meats, and super tiny portions with high prices. There are tons of places to eat in Maastricht, don't waste your time or money here. If you're stuck at the hotel, you'll probably be better off at the restaurant next to the pool down the way, or even the McDonald's...

Very nice food and even better service. We had sirloin steak and sea bass main courses and they were amazing! Staff are so polite and friendly and helpful. Big shoutout, especially to Roman and Madalena, the staff at the restaurant. Such lovely people, always serving with a smile. I would 100%...
