Even if they get a tip upfront, they have no motivation to call back an clarify if there is a mismatch between the order and the notes given. The food was delivered in a bad condition. When calling they tried to argue about it and got very defensive and a bit loud, instead of trying to find a good solution together. After arguing they offered to send the correct food. It did not arrive. The pizzas they have are very mediocre. Dough feels like the pizza is a day old, no flavour and the cheese was stuck to the lid. Dominos is the better choice for pizza locally. All in all very disappointed and im not going to order here again.

Edit after their comment: First of all im not Meneer. Second of all, it is absolutely unprofessional to leak your customers last names on google if you reply to their reviews. You should remove that immediately. Besides that, we admitted that the number was wrong and that it was our mistake. But the fact about how both employees on the phone were immediately confrontational instead of helpful, was the issue. The pizza didnt even get delivered at the first delivery and we had to call. Also if some one says no mushrooms for the only dish, that is not ribs, maybe there should also be no mushrooms on the pizza that was mistakenly ordered instead of the the pasta. The quality of the food was also not good in my opinion. You point out one thing of my review but disregard every thing else that was the actual issue. Altijd goed gegeten bij Italia en ook regelmatig besteld, helaas is aan deze reeks successen vandaag een einde gekomen. Om 15.45 een bestelling geplaatst (wat vlees, kapsalon en wat brood met kruidenboter, niks bijzonders) welke om 17.30 nog niet bezorgd was: ik kreeg te horen dat er maar twee bezorgers aan het werk waren (op een zondag); of mijn bezorging binnen een kwartier bezorgd kon worden kwam geen duidelijk antwoord. Een kwartier later maar gebeld om de boel te annuleren; dit kan blijkbaar enkel de eigenaar en die was aan het bezorgen omdat er ineens helemaal geen bezorgers meer zouden zijn. Bestelling in de keuken inmiddels wel gecancelled, nu het geld nog terug, dat was ook best een uitdaging: ook dat kan alleen de eigenaar, hij zou dit volgens de telefoniste vanavond om 20.00 uur doen in het systeem, ze kon het zelf niet. Gevraagd of we kunnen langskomen om dan maar cash te halen, dat mocht ook, dus even langsgegaan: cash terug was toch niet zo makkelijk en moest door de eigenaar gebeuren (die er niet was dus eerst daarop gewacht) die gaf aan dat hij de bestelling direct zou annuleren. Wachtend op een mail ter bevestiging terwijl hij bezig was bleef uit, uiteindelijk kwam hij dan dat het systeem niet werkte. Een kwartier later dan eindelijk cash in handen. (Er liepen overigens 4 bezorgers rond, bijzonder)

Uiteindelijk dus meer dan 2 uur tijd verspilt en nog niks gegeten en erg veel moeite moeten doen om geld terug te krijgen.

Het zou Italia sieren als ze klanten van te voren op de hoogte zouden stellen wanneer op tijd bezorgen niet lukt, dan was het geen enkel probleem geweest om langer te wachten.

Use to order here a lot, but the food get worse and worse. Had a run in with the staff and they were really unprofessional and mean about it. Not planning to order here anymore.

--Edit:-- Spareribs tasted lame and were half-baked and cold. Pizza was stuck to the top of the box as if someone has sat on it, and it tasted bad, straight into the trash bin.

They said to make it right and send us food but didn't. Got called about my review they were angry and unprofessional. They released private date to the public...
