Burger King — Restaurant in Nissewaard

We went first time to burger king, we had a thing to celebrate and children choose this fast food to try. We make an order of 4 sets plus few thing extra all around 50 euro. Our order was on 4 plastic trays. We put all on table, kids took what they wated, we also start eating. I was surprised that we have extra fries and burger, but I was sure I messed up. Ater 10 minutes! Old lady what gave us our food, came and said that I have things what I didnt order, and I should come to her (?!) and give it back. That I can see that on the paper is fishburger and I ordered few chicken ones and she took few things (also mine souce). And she was very not nice and loud, all restaurant looked at me like I went and stole it. I will never go there and non of my family, I will tell everyone what happened. We wanted to get some ice-cream from here yesterday and wanted to sit in the restaurant, according to the website they were open and when we arrived it said on the door too that they were open. There was also a sign that whenever it was too busy inside, they would close the doors because of Corona. We looked inside and there were only 4 people inside at a table, so we figured we could go in. However the door was closed. A worker came to the door after a few people were waiting outside and she told us that they were closed inside because she couldn't handle it.

Unprofessional for such a big restaurant to just close the doors in the middle of the day and definitely not using the option to close the door with Covid in...

6 Oct 2022 - cleanest bathroom I have ever seen in a restaurant! When told, they brought out the one who cleaned it so I could tell her. I found that so sweet! The restaurant was also very clean, the service was also good, food hot and fast. Last review (below), got 3 stars during corona time in 2021 but definitely rates 5 stars this time around! Bravo team Spijkenisse BK!

QR code was not checked at all but face masks are required. This is my reason for the loss of 2 stars! No QR code check for an eat-in restaurant. Food was fast, hot and tasty.
