Ristorante Basilic - Pizzeria Kamperland — Restaurant in Noord-Beveland

Ordered for 10 pizza's takeaway, was supposed to be ready 45 minutes later. When we arrived, we were told the order would be ready in 10 minutes. We ended up waiting over an hour at the restaurant. Even some customers that arrived at the terrace AFTER we arrived and were waiting at the restaurant, received their food before we did.

We had to basically beg for some sort of apology, the staff did not approach us once during the waiting time, nor did they offer any kind of compensation or drink.

After arriving home, we found out they messed up 2 pizza's, and gave us completely different ones.

Nice place and great tasting (and of course: looking!) pizza. In the second attempt (1st was unsuccessful: phone got answered but the laid to the side and forgotten...) we ordered for take away for 7:30 and got told to be there at seven. At seven we were politely asked to wait and eventually got the dishes at 7:30 - half cold. To sum it up: great place, fine pizza, friendly staff, and if they worked out the service...

We could not be served on the terrace due to Corona-related limitation measures so we ordered take-away (we did not reserve). The food was very good especially the pasta (spaghetti carbonara and lasagna Bolognese). We had to ask for some plastic forks as they are maybe more used to locals getting their food to eat at home... also a...
