Hotel Norg is an older hotel which has recently been remodeled, and four hotel rooms have been added. The hotel owners are a young delightful couple who go out of there way to accommodate their guests. I arrived in the morning and was able to check in and go to my room immediately which was awesome because I had flown in from the US that morning. I stayed in a newer room, actually got upgraded for free. My room was on the ground floor. The room was spotless with a lovely large bathtub. The bed was very comfortable. MY room was not facing the street so it was very quiet. Norg is a small town in the North, surrounded by woods and a great place for walking or biking. There are two bike rental places in town, one right a crossed the street so it is very convenient and affordable to rent a bike. The breakfast in the hotel is very good. There is also a restaurant in the hotel but I did not eat there while visiting. I did however have a glass of wine by the fire place in the restaurant which is very charming. I highly recommend this hotel and will stay here again when I...

It had cold mushy boiled whole carrots with honey (?) on top (so much potential to roast for taste and some colour). All sidedishes (plain boiled potatoes - points for being locally sourced; cold sauteed vegetables with half chunks of raw onion) were cold. The dessert selection of 5 (cup icecream, sponge cake, pudding, berry foam, .. something else) was nice to explore through after all the raw onion but was not made in house. The local beer was good. Maybe it's not the place for...
