Tong Ah Nuenen — Restaurant in Nuenen c.a.

Very slow course meal (15~25mins waiting time after you finish a single course). Low quality food- undercooked shrimp, canned vegetables that tastes bitter, scallop that's not fresh. Dishonest pricing. I was expecting to pay what says in the menu but was told after finishing the meal that the menu is outdated that everything in there is 10% more expensive. Unfriendly staff. A small complain about this almost caused a huge argument with the staff & the manager. They blamed me and my mom, for what THEY did wrong, embarrasing us in front of everyone at the restaurant.

I just wanted to have a good meal with my mom but this place really gave us a horrible experience. Think twice...

I went there twice to take away and every time it satisfied completely for portions and quality. I really like the menu for multiple persons, you can choose the dishes you want and than the number of persons with who you are going to share and the price is advantageous compared to paying the single dishes. Furthermore every month there is a special menu which has never disappointed. I suggest the meat but everything in general is really nice. I never stopped to eat(always take away) but the personal does not look...

Over last 2 years am seeing the quality of take away getting worse. Today was the worst. We had a mix of leftovers from the weekend.i think. Nothing was fresh. What should have some crust was slippery steamed (pangang & car siew). What should be spicy was simply too much soy sauce, not even one peper was in there (szehuan). Sate tasted like milk. Dont know if it is bad on Mondays or they are going through some cost savings... But i will not throw away my money any more and look for...
