Recently, I had the opportunity to visit Brasserie-Restaurant, which was chosen based on positive visitor reviews. My experience at this restaurant was excellent, and I would like to share my impressions.
Ambiance and Atmosphere
Upon entering, I was greeted by a pleasant atmosphere and tasteful interior that adds charm and elegance to the place. The tables were nicely arranged, and the overall impression was very positive.

The service was quick and very pleasant. The staff was professional and friendly, which only enhanced the overall dining experience. It was evident that the employees care about customer satisfaction and strive to meet all requests.

I had ordered quite a lot and was too full to finish everything, so I asked the waitress if I could have one of the untouched dish packed to take away. I waited for quite a while, but the food never came back. When I followed up with another waitress, I was told—rather casually—that there had been a miscommunication and the food was mistakenly thrown away.
It was clear that the food hadn’t been touched, so I was very disappointed by how it was handled. Although they apologized, no effort was made to offer or to find another solution. I believe the situation could have been managed more professionally, and some communication or accountability would have gone a long way.

Read moreWij zijn hier gisteren heel schofferig behandeld. Na een lange dag gingen wij rond 16.10 uur het restaurant binnen. We kregen de menukaart. Rond 16.15 uur 2 water en 2 sate besteld. Ons water werd vrij snel gebracht. Tijdens het wachten op ons eten zagen wij dat steeds meer medewerkers en de koks zelf gingen eten want natuurlijk ook kan gebeuren. Wij bleven maar wachten en rond 17.00 uur hadden wij nog steeds geen eten. Na gezien te hebben dat er helemaal niet gekookt werd daar zijn we rond 17.10 uur naar de kassa gelopen om het water te betalen. De medewerker keek raar op. Zei vroeg "alleen water? Hebben jullie niets gegeten dan? Hebben jullie helemaal niets van de keuken gehad?". Waarom wij nee zeiden en al bijna een uur zaten te wachten op ons eten. Zei de medewerker heel brutaal met een grote mond "Ja dan hadden jullie maar eerder aan de bel moeten trekken". We hebben betaald en zijn zonder een woord verder te zeggen vertrokken.
