Hallo. Vorige week hier voor het eerst geweest. Wat een fantastische ambiance. Naast de gastvrije ober (Wilgo volgens mij?), waren de drankjes van geweldige kwaliteit. We bestelden twee Aperol Spritz. Deze werden met veel zorg en liefde gemaakt achter de authentiek eikenhouten bar. Inclusief een vers schijfje sinaasappel. Magnifiek.

De prijs / kwaliteitsverhouding is ook goed. Zo krijg je voor 6 munten (op moment van schrijven €1,80 per munt) een goed gevulde schaal van Dobben bitterballen. Culinair genot!

We kwamen op het vernieuwde terras, hier ontmoette we de huis DJ. Een man uit België. Goede (sterke?) verhalen over zijn oude dateleven met ene Kelly. Wat een gelach.

Al met al een hele fijne zaak....

Helaas zeer onprofessioneel personeel. Mensen worden gefilmd op de dansvloer, gesprekken opgenomen in de wc en buiten. En het personeel plaatst het vervolgens op internet en stuurd het door in whatsapp groepen. Met klachten en bewijs word helaas...

De Gouverneur is een kroeg zoals die hoort te zijn. Natuurlijk bepaalt het gezelschap voor een groot deel de mate van gezelligheid, maar het personeel draagt daar zeker...
