Really nice, delisious place with lovely staff kind and friendly, helpfull toward us turist of whats on their menu. We can recommend to try their coffee, home sqweezed orangejuice, as well as the Flammkuchen. We tried one with Salmon and the one with Speck and gryiere cheese. Not my kind of place, quasi-healthy/honest/bio type restaurant, but not really, which means the menu is limited and expensive. The 'buffalo burger' came extremely rare (they didn't ask about the cuisson) almost raw and no fries just a few chips because (we don't have a fryer)....

We waren al vaak langsgelopen en nu dus toch een keer naar binnen. Tja, erg enthousiast zijn wij dus niet geworden. Idee is leuk: kleinschalig, lokale en biologische producten e.d. Maar het was zo huiselijk dat er ook geen enkele professionaliteit vanaf straalde of dat er ook maar enige ambities in die richting zouden bestaan. Het is leuk dat de gerechten in het zicht van de bezoekers worden bereid, maar de traagheid en stunteligheid waren een beetje pijnlijk om te zien. Eten was net aan OK, maar niet bijzonder.
