De Gastronoom Velp — Restaurant in Rheden

Food is good, but staff never smiles, and seems unfriendly. He mixed up my last order. I do not know if this is the owner in Velp.

I asked him which one was what and he just didn´t know (he hesitated) and highlighted something. In the end Kip was Falafel and extra cheese was on the other one he did not highlight. Just be honest and double check if you do not know. Its called customer service. Its sad when you pay quit some money, and their margins are not that low. Then you end up after a long day at home 10 mins away and you know when calling now they do not understand you anyways or care.

I also ordered from them once before on Thuisbezog, it was not a good quality when ordering via Thuisbezorg. I feel quality suffers since Thuisbezorg charges quite a percentage of their profits. Food was cold, dry and late. Better not order, rather go in person.

Maybe they should not offer delivery.

Mijn vriend en ik zijn hier vanavond voor een tweede keer vanuit Bennekom geweest, maar ook zeker niet voor de laatste keer! kebab en shoarma is van uitstekende kwaliteit, je krijgt Vlaamse frieten (van horen zeggen is deze zaak een begrip hiervoor) en de eigenaar is ook niet te zuinig met opscheppen! Je krijgt een hele bord vol!

Tip voor de eigenaar: Doe er iets minder friet bij! Het siert je, maar doordat de döner kebab ook heel veel is, krijg je de frieten niet op en kan je het vervolgens weggooien, wat zonde is!
