McDonald's — Restaurant in Rijswijk

I order two icecream cones. After waiting 12 minutes I notice my number has vanished from the display even though the number before and after mine haven't. I try to get the attention of the staff to ask (the kid behind the counter looks like he is thirteen) and all I get is "That happens" and a vague indication he will go get my icecream. After waiting ten more minutes (!) I am running out of time, so I get in line at the register and ask for my money back. Turns out the person behind the register doesn't speak any of the languages that I do and doesn't seem to know what to do. Eventually someone else comes in to take over, but instead of getting my money back, they instead say they will go make the icecream cones (after what is now 30 minutes). I indicate that I don't want the icecream, but my money, but they force me to take the icecream cones. I finally give up and try the icecream cones, they were awful. The girl in charge of the ice cream made a terrible Sunday, putting in a much smaller amount of ice cream and not even adding the peanuts I had requested.
