KFC — Restaurant in Roermond

The manager, Antonnete treats her hard working coworkers like animals! The way I had to witness her talk to them while waiting for my order felt as if I was watching a slave movie. I don't know if it was because the staff was all Black and she's talking to them this was because she's racist or maybe she talks to all people this way. I'm going to file a complaint through email as well. My family and I felt so uncomfortable and those young Black workers didn't even talk back. Absolutely insane! Someone from the headquarters should definitely pay an undercover visit to witness this and take actions!!

Not to speak about the soggy uncrispy chicken pieces. Oil was dripping from it and wasn't crispy at all. Antonnete didn't feel much for it and said it's been fried "through their protocols". Weird because I have never been served soggy fried chicken...

My original review got deleted, because I stated I might have gotten food poisoning from here. So instead of focusing about that i'm gonna focus on the objective negatives about this place.

This place is a dumpster fire, when you dine in you're greeted with filthy tables, disgusting sticky floors and unresponsive non-dutch speaking employees. We know its close to a highway, that doesn't exclude proper hygiene or actually speaking the language of the country your business is in.

At a long glance from behind the counter you can see how filthy the kitchen is, black oil stains on the walls and disgusting work tables where food is prepared. One employee was visibly sick and kept touching their nose and preparing food.

Overall utterly disgusting. Keep in mind this experience...

I see all the reviews are clearly 1/5 from the past months but the same problem until now. I’m telling everyone that if you’re very hungry, or in a hurry. Better not order in this restaurant. A lot of their customers are angry. Literally!

The service, I know they’re doing there best but it is absolutely not enough. Too slow!! Hire asian (especially Filipinos who has experience working in the Philippines at the fastfood restaurant) we are fast and very well trained. See it for yourself.

Anyway, I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND...
