KFC — Restaurant in Roosendaal

Long story short, i love kfc but at this exact place NEVER, even one single time, got warm fries, always tasteless and cold. Have no idea how does it work with chicken, but i believe it may be easier to refry it, still wanna believe its fresh food - wings are usually ok. EDIT:22.04.2022 (order 21.04.2022, evening) Service especially unpleasant - dark skinned girl(this info only for employer or manager, i dont want someone to misunderstand) with glasses. Moreover order was not correct (lack of burger), when i came back for , I got dry zinger with a bit of mayo and lettuce, totally not tasty. Changing my rating to 2 stars from now, but still feels insane to go to another city (i support KFC BREDA with all my heart, always perfect, tasty food) to get your overpriced (in this case) quality product. I was eating here before. Last time i find a lot of hairs on the chicken meals... Also the friets was cold without salt on the them. Today i decide to order from Uber Eats. I ordered and waited 1 hour and 20 minutes... then i saw that my order is canceled. I dont see my canceled order in the app history of order. I just get email that is canceled. Used the drive-through this time. I was told that there was an issue and paying with debit or credit card was not possible. Luckily I had enough cash on me. Instead of paying at one window and then getting your food from the next, the lady told me I should wait around the corner and the food would be brought over in 6 minutes. She was very specific about those 6 minutes, so I guess that was the timer on the fryer or something. Ten minutes past, no food to be seen. I waited another couple of minutes before going inside to complain. I had seen people walk in and get food in the time I had been sitting in the car waiting, so that wasn't fun at all.
