Hayai Sushi Rotterdam Zuid — Restaurant in Rotterdam

This is simply the most terrible sushi place ever. They stated a delivery time of 45-60 min. I received my order after 2 hours and 15 min. Before that, I called the restaurant and the person on the phone was very rude and unpressional, more than an hour and a half after, placing the order, he said that the order hadn't even been picked up, even its not more then 12min away from me. The courier started making up some excuses like he was falling then, he said that he on foot was going to fill up his moped with gas because he ran out of gas. This isn't my problem at all, for any of the customers' problems. Look at your terrible reviews, and with service like this, you'll never have any more customers. You're the most terrible place. If it were possible to give minus 10 stars, I would. You don't even deserve 0!!! The sushi looked half as small as it should have been. Three types of sushi were just stuffed into one small box. The sauce was all smeared all over the box. And it looked terrible. I don't recommend it to anyone. It's not even...

I ordered Sushi at 12:45 and it came at 13:45. An whole hour later. I understand that if it's late and it can be busy (I can see through if the quality is good). But the quality of the Sushi wasn't also good. We payed 100 euro to eat only rice and cucumber mostly. If I pay that amount of money I expect to have atleast my money worth of fish in it. The amount of Tuna in the pokebowl was dissapointingly small and the rice also tasted old. They were lucky that my usually go to place was closed due to Holiday, otherwise I wouldn't even try them out. I will never order here again and I will never recommend it to someone anymore. The 40 cent Fanta can wasn't a good compesation for the delay of delivery time....

We ordered as a group in the office of over 100 EUR. The order was delayed by more than an hour. It was way too expensive for what was delivered. Quality was so bad, there are no words for it. To compensate for the delay, they gave us one can of fanta... Some of my colleagues also ordered wakame. We ordered 3 portions. One of the boxes arrived with with half the quantity of the other two. Gyoza was soggy and terrible. Sushi was also really bad. The only reason we ordered from this place was because our frequent sushi place closed due to holiday. Let's just say, save your money.
