New York Pizza — Restaurant in Rotterdam

Honestly, don't eat here!! Something is wrong with their food. In August, I got a bacterial stomach infection after eating there, but wasn't sure if it was from their food. A couple of days ago, I ordered that same salami pizza that I ordered in August from there, and I've been ill and having exactly the same symptoms as I had in August ever since. Since the symptoms are exactly the same and appeared both times after eating a salami pizza from there, Im now convinced that their food is the cause for my infection. My partner is complaining about stomach aches after eating that pizza as well. Seriously, don't go there, their food is contaminated.

Ordered a pizza and modified the pizza to have no cheese. I unchecked the mozzarella box and the pineapple box. And wrote in the notes zonder kaas. I have a severe allergy to cheese if I eat it. The pizza came and I took a bite and had to spit it out because there was cheese on it. There was also pineapple on it when I asked for no pineapple. I called and they said “well to make a new one it’s going to take awhile, we’re busy now” and I said no I would like it as soon as possible. He said ok. 1 hour later, no pizza. I called for a refund. Unbelievable. 2 notes saying no cheese and a cheese allergy and they still put cheese on it. I have yet to receive my refund. Awful customer service. And terrible reading skills on the employees. They disregarded every note...

2.5 weeks ago we ordered two pizzas. About 20 minutes later we received a call from them that they ran out of vegan cheese, thus we decided to cancel the order. We were assured on the phone that the money would be transferred back.

Contacted them the following week asking where the money was, they said they would send it within a couple of days.

A week and a half later, still no money on the account. Unfortunately, it looks like I am not the only one who has been treated like this. I wish I read the reviews before ordering at this place... Never again.

PS (edit): contacted them multiple times, my money is still not here after 3 months and no one...
