Mediterranee Zuid — Restaurant in Rotterdam

The food was good but the service and the cleaning of the place, very disappointing.

Unfortunately no one speaks english and even when other people are helpful and translate what you want they will not give you what you want.

I asked them nicely for a complete plate, seafood, salad and fries, got only the seafood grilled not fried as agreed.

We asked again for salad and fries, the person responsible for service was beyond his powers to deal with the 3 tables with clients in there.

All the tables were full of leftovers from previous clients.

The place was dirty and not cleaned.

The food is good, if you want take away, that place has...

Ik ging met mijn gezin, zus en haar dochter naar deze restaurant om een lekker avondmaaltijd te benuttigen, echter tijdens het bestellen ben ik vernederd geweest en ondanks ik de sfeer niet wilde verpesten voor mijn familie, was de service ook echt een 0. Ze vergaten onze soep te geven en terwijl ik beleefd ook nog om de cola vroeg die ze vergeten waren ging één van de personeel mijn mond na-apen. Omdat ik zag dat mijn man zich ging irriteren en er begon woordenwisseling te komen, wilde de (vermoede) eigenaar het goedmaken. Wat natuurlijk niet nodig is, want we wilden alleen een goede service niet meer en niet minder.

Eten was lekker, hier is niks op aan te merken.

PS. Dit is geen aanval, echter een feedback die je kunt meenemen indien deze restaurant hun reviews...
