When you see an "authentic" Italian menu with dishes such as spaghetti bolognese, carbonara with bacon and cream and pasta with chicken you know to avoid it at all costs, because as every Italian "foodie" will tell you they just don't exist. I went here with my wife out of pure curiosity. We ordered spaghetti bolognese and the tagliatelle with salmon. Just as expected it disappointed, a very dry portion of spaghetti on a plate with a tasteless meat sauce dolloped on top. The tagliatelle was also very dry, obviously drained and rinsed. The salmon was served with a fake Italian cheese as a garnish. Italian recipes never have cheese with any seafood dish. This restaurant is completely clueless of what Italian cuisine is all about. It's not Italian it's Dutch food being made in an Italian style, but very poorly. We didn't make any complaints, we just paid up and left, we didn't expect much and they didn't disappoint us. Hope others find this helpful and avoid this place to prevent disappointment, it really is that rubbish. I ask the owner of this restaurant to tell me which region in Italy traditionally serves pasta and chicken? Which region's cuisines is spaghetti alla bolognese (certainly not Bologna)? Rome's classic dish spaghetti alla carbonara is made with guanciale, egg yolks, pecorino and lots of black pepper, no cream in carbonara. The food is not genuine Italian it's fake! I went here today and we ordered carpaccio that were excellent, but sadly the pizza was not tasty, so much garlic oil that you cannot get flavors of any other ingredient, not enough cheese in a pizza, the other pizza was not tasty either, raw above but was because they got a mistake in the order, so made it so fast and not good I have to share the half of mine with my partner. We decided not take nothing else. Sadly because the entrances were good. Good ambient, personal harsh when I say about the pizza raw. Even take a harsh Attitude taking the fork to watch in the back side of the pizza (when I said clearly the problem was above raw) … but okay. It’s a shame waste money...

Vanavond, ter ere mijn zoon zijn 23e verjaardag, eten besteld. Het eten is niet compleet afgeleverd en net ZIJN bestelling! Een vleesgerecht met champignonsaus, waarbij gebakken aardappels en groenten geleverd zouden worden. Alleen het vleesgerecht is geleverd. Bovendien waren het meer champignons dan vlees. Helaas is dit de 2e keer bij Rossetti. Na aflevering van de bestelling heb ik direct met hen contact opgenomen en uitgelegd wat er aan de hand was. Diegene die de telefoon opnam heeft mij aan een collega gegeven, die mij, na een 2e keer te hebben uitgelegd wat er aan de hand was, beloofde dat ze de eerst volgende bezorger die aankwam direct het restant van de bestelling zou laten naleveren. Echter na ca. 1 uur later nog niets ontvangen. Weer gebeld. Diegene die de telefoon opnam heeft me weer doorverwezen naar haar collega, met de melding "Het is die mevrouw weer, die loopt te zeuren over de bestelling!" Nadat ik de collega aan de telefoon had, werd mij duidelijk gemaakt dat het heel erg druk was en het restant van de bestelling niet geleverd ging worden, maar dat ik bij de volgende bestelling telefonisch met hen contact op moest nemen en dan een gratis pizza zou krijgen. Waarna ik aangaf dat dit de al de 2e keer was dat het mis was gegaan, maar dat maakte vooralsnog geen indruk. Ik liet ook duidelijk merken dat ik er geen vertrouwen in had, maar ook hierop kreeg ik de indruk dat ik niet echt serieus genomen werd. Heel jammer allemaal. Ik had voorheen altijd alleen maar lof over Rossetti. Aan het eten mankeert echt niets! Het is echt heerlijk, maar toch is dit de allerlaatste keer dat wij hier eten hebben besteld! De "gratis"...
