Bloem PizzaBar — Restaurant in Tilburg

We’ve visited Bloem Pizzabar several times now, and every visit only confirms what we already know - this is truly a gem in Tilburg! After trying various pizza places around the city, we can finally say we’ve found authentic Italian pizza right here. The flavors are simply outstanding - from the top-quality ingredients to the perfectly balanced dough, everything is absolutely top notch. Pure excellence!

When it comes to the pasta, it’s no different. The Spaghetti Carbonara is a refined dish with all the right elements - finally, pancetta instead of the usual bacon you find elsewhere. And the Lasagna Bolognese? Absolutely mouth-watering - a dish that makes you savor every single bite.

The service is also incredibly warm and welcoming - bravo to the whole team!

Of course, taste is always a personal matter, but I’m expressing not only my opinion, but also my husband’s, and we both are consistently impressed. As for the waiting time - some may find it a bit long, but for us, waiting 20 or even 45 minutes is more than worth it. After all, this isn’t a race - when you go out for such delicious food, you can absolutely take your time. Order a Limoncello, try the Bruschetta (generously portioned compared to other places), and enjoy the experience.

All in all, if we could, we’d rate it 11/10. We feel truly lucky to have this place just two minutes from our home. Once again - highly, highly...

As close to Italy as you can get when it comes to pizza.

Ever since we had the best pizza ever on Lake Como in Italy we’ve been trying to find a pizza that can compete with that. Both in Holland as outside every time we tried, we left disappointed. Until Bloem. The pizzas here are truly Italian. The dough tastes amazing, the sauce and flavor mix of ingredients delicious. Prices are good as well and the location very central if you live in Reeshof.

Despite the pizzas being amazing there is still some room for improvement. Unfortunately they use an industrial pizza oven rather than a traditional wooden oven. From a cost and efficiency perspective I understand this choice but it’s a little disappointing nevertheless.

Also, when you order for takeaway they don’t keep your pizza somewhere warm until you pick it up. Instead they just leave it on the counter where, of course, it will cool down quickly.

Ordered here twice now and there will definitely be a third, a fourth...

Cute place, nice to go for an informal chill dinner. The food was nice, especially the bruschette with burrata…mmm super.

We didn’t try the pizza but we had a focaccia that I really liked! (Pizza next time)

I had Spaghetti alla Bolognese and it was good (and a very big portion). It tasted like my mom’s pasta😋

My boyfriend had carbonara but I didn’t love it :)

You can tell that the flavors are genuine and traditional, so I really like the place :)

Only negative note is that we waited a long time in between starter and main dish 😅 but maybe it was an accident.

In general the place is nice and the staff is also super polite.
