BURGER-COMPANY — Restaurant in Tilburg

I ordered burgers in last Saturday (I was ordering very often from them). Unfortunately in Saturday I was waiting around 2h. First time I called to them and asked nice „hello do u speak English?” And one worker answered „no” and just disconnected. I called again and just straight speak English. They told me that they were on my address and nobody opened. It’s not true because I was all the time in my living room and nobody knocked or ringed the bell. They told that they have some pics that they were and now if I want them to deliver I have to pay extra delivery cost again. I said no because it’s not my fault. I spoke with Thuisbezorgd and they sent me answer that restaurant don’t agree to give my money back and they send picture with my order under another address (picture with the door but not mine). I checked on google where it’s can be and address where they delivered my order is far away from me. I send back picture of my address which is different but they don’t care. I orderem from them very often and now you see how they treat their loyal customer. I lost money for nothing. And moreover, they were so so mean! Dear restaurant I attach door where u deliver my order...

They are liars and post false information on their website. Not only do they mislead you about the burger bun, but also about the products themselves. We paid almost €20 for a completely basic burger, fries that are getting smaller each time, and an ice cream that was supposed to be Ben & Jerry's cookie dough, but they brought us a cheap Oreo-brand ice cream instead. They’re shameless.

I called to have the burger and ice cream replaced, and they said they couldn’t do that. So, I asked, ‘Do you have things on the website that aren’t true?’ and they said, ‘Yes.’ I was shocked!

I’m a regular customer of this place, but I’ll never order from them again, and I warn others to be careful when ordering. There are better places where you actually get what you pay for! I feel like they’ve laughed...

I've been ordering from Burger Company for a few years now. Not worth it if you're hungry and want to eat at a reasonable time.

Delivery regularly takes 2+ hours even if you order from their website directly. One time I called 1hr45min after ordering and they said it would take another 30 min. Their excuse is always that they're busy but they don't bother informing you, apologizing, or doing something to compensate. The food is good but it takes too long.

You're better off ordering from somewhere else if...
