Kebab & Go — Restaurant in Tilburg

Ordered multiple times before with no issues. Today there was an offer via UberEats. I contacted the restaurant to ask them why i was unable to pay with IDEAL like usual. He said it’s the issue on App and that the prices of the order were wrong too and that we shouldn’t order. We were hungry and ordered anyways with creditcards and the discount was applied.

Once delivered the order was totally not what we requested and there was salad missing in kapsalon. 2 durums were delivered with no sauce or salad only meat. I called back the owner said they were busy for “1 hour” with my order. He is lying. The order wasn’t even complete 🤣. And then he said he had no time for my complaint. I mean if u are owner u should treat your customers respectfully and find a solution. The only solution he provides was take it back and refund money. We were hungry and couldn’t cook at home due to stove issues.

They should be ashamed of themselves!

0/10 worst Döner I ever had. Spicy costs 50 cent extra and it’s a sauce that does not taste good. The bread was dry and the sauce was only on one half of the sandwich.
