We were there early (around 5:30pm), the restaurant was still setting up for the evening service but we were served without any problems (and pretty fast). I wanted the steak just on the rare side of medium and it was perfect. The restaurant specializes in South American beef; it's not just another steak. It was very tasty but way too much steak. Tip for the chef. Try a variety of meats in the mixed grill for 2, for instance: 1 or 2 cuts of steak for 2 persons, 2 sausages e.g. chorizo/pork sausage, some spareribs or white meats as chicken/pork.
