Hello Indian Junction,
I am the owner of a restaurant. My restaurant is in Amsterdam. It's a Michelin Starr restaurant.I am also the GM of a 5 star hotel in Amsterdam.I visited your restaurant with my family.your restaurant was too crowded. I have seen the review of your restaurant. It's too good.
My experience - (sad Part) - your bread was too hard ( Roti & Naan). If you sale bread like this, No one will eat this. So please change that.
Good part - your curry item is so delicious & amazing. Lamb was very good taste. I was searching for this type of taste in netherland. I haven't had the taste yet. I would like to meet your talented chef personally. Who made chicken & lamb.
I think your restaurant is doing well because of this chef & his/her food. That lamb, chicken tasted like Michelin star chef taste.
I didn't like your boss. How do you talk to your staff & chefs ? For whom your restaurant is running, you misbehave them. You are the owners, not that he is your servant. Give respect to the chefs & staff. Your restaurant will go ahead, otherwise one day you will close the restaurant.
The day your curry chef will leave the job, that day your sale will be completely down. Today the restaurant is running because of these talented chef.
Will come next time & I want to meet your super talented chef. All your services are normal. But only one thing is your taste. (Lamb, chicken all your curry). Your restaurant will not be down where the chefs...

However I did not find a single authentic Indian food place that sold real Indian food without and telling false stories about the spices and flavour in The Netherlands ever since moved here. When we read a very positive review by a Volkskrant food critic about Indian junction, we were both curious to visit it. I have to admit I was so happy and emotional to see the variety of cuisines from different parts of India and when we ordered the food, I could smell the real flavours, understand that difference in each dish just like it's made in India. We were 4 of us and we ordered from fish tikka to saag lamb to kolkata chicken and street food Pani Puri and so much more. The owners are so hard working, it's a few months old and nothing is made with additives or fake colors at all.
Visit it and make an evening out of it. Don't forget to reserve it in advance. Go with an open mind and enjoy this simple authentic place with real Indian food. And definitely drink a couple of Old Monks 😊
It's coming from a Chef who's...
