I don't like to eat ramen usually, only every now and then. Apparently this place was known for its ramen, which I didn't know beforehand and I wasn't into it. Since I was with a group we ordered dishes to share as well. The salmon carpaccio with yuzu jelly. Very tasty and beautifully served. If you like salmon sashimi, this is a great variation to try. "Yakitori" (on the menu in English, which confused me since I thought skewers were called kushiyaki and tori in yakitori means chicken...) but you get 5 random skewers so our first order of thd same item on the menu wasn't the same as the second. If you're a picky eater you might want to inform when ordering. Tempura prawns. They were good. And I personally really liked the beef tongue, soft meat and great taste. I can't judge the ramen unfortunately but we did notice the eggs were pretty big. Also the staff is very kind. I was impressed they speak Dutch. They are Japanese, and in other authentic Japanese restaurants in the Netherlands that I visited, English was the language they use next to Japanese. I was a bit disappointed of the dessert menu since it only had green tea ice cream and black sesame ice cream.
Great food, lovely staff. Small restaurant and a bit hard to find but really...

Their Iberico shoyu ramen is godly. Also try out their 5-course menus. Besides being just amazingly delicious, it's also an experience of its own. Everything is beautifully served. And what I like about it being a Japanese restaurant is that it's not just sushi because there's so much more to the Japanese cuisine and Raku...
