I don't like to eat ramen usually, only every now and then. Apparently this place was known for its ramen, which I didn't know beforehand and I wasn't into it. Since I was with a group we ordered dishes to share as well. The salmon carpaccio with yuzu jelly. Very tasty and beautifully served. If you like salmon sashimi, this is a great variation to try. "Yakitori" (on the menu in English, which confused me since I thought skewers were called kushiyaki and tori in yakitori means chicken...) but you get 5 random skewers so our first order of thd same item on the menu wasn't the same as the second. If you're a picky eater you might want to inform when ordering. Tempura prawns. They were good. And I personally really liked the beef tongue, soft meat and great taste. I can't judge the ramen unfortunately but we did notice the eggs were pretty big. Also the staff is very kind. I was impressed they speak Dutch. They are Japanese, and in other authentic Japanese restaurants in the Netherlands that I visited, English was the language they use next to Japanese. I was a bit disappointed of the dessert menu since it only had green tea ice cream and black sesame ice cream. Great food, lovely staff. Small restaurant and a bit hard to find but really worth the visit!

Overall, I would rate 4.8 stars ⭐️ = I highly recommend. Definitely worth to try! Food: 1.8 out of 2 stars ⭐️. Almost perfect, except the fish poke bowl. The tuna is hard to chew. Personally, I don't like it. Highly recommend the Eel tempura! The portions are great, you can choose small or normal portion for the ramen. Small portion is perfect, so we can try other dishes. Service: 1 out of 1 star ⭐️. The waitress is very friendly. Price: 1 out of 1 star ⭐️. Quality-price ratio is reasonable. Location: 1 out of 1 star ⭐️. It’s easy to get there. Free street parking

This is absolutely one of my favourite Japanese restaurants in the Netherlands. The food is being prepared with such a lot of care. It’s fresh and delicious. This time we had the Donburi bowl (L), the calpis drink, plum wine and both the desert with macha and sesam icecream.

Easily one of the best if not the best places I've ever dined in. Not just in the Netherlands but all over the world where I've been to. Nice and cozy place. Their Iberico shoyu ramen is godly. Also try out their 5-course menus. Besides being just amazingly delicious, it's also an experience of its own. Everything is beautifully served. And what I like about it being a Japanese restaurant is that it's not just sushi because there's so much more to the Japanese cuisine and Raku...
